I am 13 years old, ill, 14 October, and I'm 5'5 "and 150 pounds.
I know I need to lose weight, aid that special k diet?
I have tried exercise and diet, but I think that this does not work.
Need help with the Special K diet? Is it help me lose weight?
I have to do in football, usually twice a week, the acting elliptical for 30 minutes at least about 4 times per week.
Council? Suggestions?
